April 16, 2023 - Sadly my last bottle. 12 year old Zin, still vibrant and fresh. Dark cherries and blackberries dominate, this is so fruit forward still at this age, and yet it's not jammy, there's lively fresh acidity and secondary notes emerging. I wish I had more.

November 26, 2021 - Decanted. Bottle showing moderate sediment.
In the glass rich and complex aromas show a mixture strawberry fruit leather, wild berry preserves, and a tint of blueberry that are melded with toasted star anise and exotic spice, rubbed herbs, complex florals, worn suede, earth and hints of shisha smoke and sandalwood that come with warmth from the alcohol.
On the palate, silky and smooth with bright acids, easy tannins and full throttle ABV. Flavors glide across the palate relaying notes of strawberry, boysenberry and blueberry that are all super-ripe leaning on jammy with notes of floral pastilles, baking spices, herbs, leather and berry shisha. The finish lingers with warmth and the fruit hanging on the mid-palate.
Still hanging in there and a good showing for an '11 at this point

May 19, 2020 - Still extremely vibrant, strong fruit but with a lot of further flavor development! Aging extremely well!

    May 4, 2020 - A lot deeper fruit than expected from a 2011.

August 22, 2019 - Tasted over two days. Day 1: I'm lovin' the Bedrock '11s, a cooler vintage that ripened fully but retained laser-focused, crystalline acidity. Beautifully bright aromas of red and black fruit, high toned spices and old vine wonderfullness through a brilliant lens of freshness. Day 2: Softened and fleshed out dramatically but still featuring the "cool fruit" of the vintage. I think I prefer Day 1 with a good decant. 93 pts. Now through 2024
