September 11, 2016 - Considerable appeal, power, and verve, particularly for the price point. Excellent structure, texture, and weight. Generous mouthfeel, tantalizing finish. Serious wine!

April 7, 2016 - Very good red dinner wine. Brightly structured and juicy with sour cherry and other bright red fruits tagged by a bit of darkness on the way out.

November 22, 2015 - Wow! Pretty perfume of red berries and flowers. Vivacious, structured, and very smooth. Appealing texture, superb balance, utterly delicious. Great value! 91-92.

October 22, 2014 - Crazy value here. Vinsant said "crunchy red fruit" and that is the perfect descriptor to me. The fruit is tart and tangy but there is a great acidic edge that makes it crunchy, followed by earth, forest floor and bright fruit and acid structure. Wish i had a case of this.

September 2, 2014 - Really nice value pinot. Ripe red berries, some smoke and coco dust with some stems. Easy mouthfeel and was nice with a meat and cheese plate.
