May 9, 2014 - A lovely fume blanc. Citrus and fleshy fruits (pear, honeydew) complimented by vanilla, spices and a touch of charred wood. Medium bodied, medium alcohol make for lovely fullness in mouth. Long finish. Very nice.
April 4, 2014 - Yeasty and mineral aromas from the cork. In the glass, elegant lime, freshly cut grass, hay, and hints of tropical fruit aromas. Light-to-medium bodied and bone dry with bright acidity. Flavour profile consists of wet stone, asparagus, herbaceous, lime, and green pepper. Nicely balanced with a lengthy finish that is spicy, lemony and white flowers notes. Quite complex. Highly recommended for dry white wine lovers. Try it at different temperatures.
January 1, 2014 - Light and crisp. Lemon, green apple, pear. Not overly oaked. Good food wine. Nice price.
