  April 16, 2016 - Nice Chardonnay. God balance of acid and tannin. The flavors are apple, pineapple and spices. Long after taste, nice nose, good taste throughout the palette. Aged well.

  January 28, 2014 - Brown Bag Wine Dinner at Two Chefs (TWO CHEFS, MIAMI, FL): The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. It smells like lemon, peach and honeysuckle. The body is medium. The wine has juicy texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity. Clara's wine, she helped make it. The Finger Lakes have come a long way!!!
