November 6, 2012 - Very soft tannins. Surprised by the spice. Extreme value for the price. I would buy again.

October 15, 2012 - Dark chocolate with a background of cherries. Well rounded with soft tannins. Stock up if you can find it.

September 15, 2012 - One of the more interesting Merlots I've come across. A ton of weird, wacky stuff here. The 15% Cab Franc really comes across on the nose, with lots of veggies in the bouquet. There's an intriguing minty aspect across the mid-palate, and an intense, lingering smokiness on the finish. Not your everyday wine, and stunning value at the PA sale price of $8. 90-92pts.
