June 25, 2022 - Dark blood orange color. Earth flavors with mineral and nice acidity. Crisp. Nice bread and tertiary flavors.

November 5, 2021 - In good condition, ready to drink now. Very big and broad palate. But still very fresh and crisp. lots of stone fruits and tropical fruits. It's the surprise of the lunch.

July 27, 2021 - A very interesting and unusual wine with many elements. Impressively lively with tons of fine bubbles and a bright cut for a wine with a dark blood orange coloring. A concentrated wine with deep extracted exotic flavors of mushroom, dried wild strawberry, and caramel notes. A wine to ponder and reflect on as each sip offered a new discovery. Highlight the food very well at Oriole 2.0. A real treat.

July 27, 2021 - Near perfection for its age. Deep salmon color, good viscosity and lots of bubbles, crushed cherry, even during the first hour. Very great btl for the beginning of a great evening at Oriole Restaurant in Chicago.
