November 15, 2014 - Consistent with the last bottle, and also showed well the next day.
March 12, 2013 - The best bottle to date. This is really getting into a good point in it's evolution. In spite of the warm vintage this comes across as fairly dry for the genre and finishes clean dry and fairly long. There is good structure and extraction and should drink very well in upcoming years. Great QPR.
January 22, 2010 - Nice clean notes in this bottle which is showing nice, softening already with a little bottle age. No roasted fruit or botytis but some nice mineral notes on the finish.
January 21, 2010 - Dark and intense with a fat character, this has a fun recioto charm. Blackberry jam, concord grape, prunes, but lacking a little bit of spine to make it really outstanding.
January 18, 2010 - Not the greatest recioto in the world, but hey, even a mediocre recioto beats some dried up, funky, mouth searing, charmless nebbiolo any day. This recioto lacked depth and structure, but it was sweet, sexy, and well balanced.
