October 21, 2014 - Very young...minerality, salinity, beautiful acidity, gooseberries, tarragon, stone fruit... Lovely wine with saffron risotto, pan seared scallops.

October 4, 2014 - Some struck match to the aroma at first then its all pure white peach and citrus. It had perfect shape in the mouth with a fruit sweet heart and rigid mineral spine. There is an unctuous feel to the wine but it is by no means heavy and you feel all of the precision and detail. Very close to Grand Cru quality for mine.

March 28, 2014 - Rich with tons of material and some nice nutty character. Young but open for business with enough acidity to keep it taut.

March 28, 2014 - Very rich fruit, lots of vanilla but with plenty of acidity and minerality so it's not clumsy and fat. Very approachable early and room to grow. I'm starting to suspect 2011 may be better than expected for white burgundy.

March 28, 2014 - My CT payment note says I paid $65 dollars for this wine from my allocation. Funny thing is, I don't remember buying it as part of my allocation.

Jokes on me, but I'm glad I do have it. It's an incredible wine right now after about 2 hours in the decanter. Super rich ripe apple and pear on the palate, that just lingers forever. THere's also that vibrant minerality and acidity to balance out the richness of the fruit and keeping the wine fresh. I think if the acidity wasn't so bright, the wine might have been too tropical and ripe, but it's just right.

If you have a bottle, don't hesitate to open one!
