August 5, 2016 - From 375. Ready to drink on opening. Ripe and jammy. Nothing wrong with this, but ultimately not a style I enjoy.

July 17, 2016 - 38th Annual Zinfandel Retrospective (R&D's): A touch on the ripe and pruny side of things. Finishes well, but it's a bit more ripe than I would like.

May 1, 2016 - Seamless with dark fruit, tobacco, bright acid and a bit of vanilla. Rich and smooth and full bodied with just a little bit of brambly fruit. In a good place that I'll call early mid-adolescence. Very good but perhaps a bit more wild and a little less suave than some vintages of Geyserville.
