April 12, 2017 - Pale gold. A bouquet of yellow apples, spices, pears and brioche with touches of pineapple and meadow flowers. In the mouth, tactile, intense, nervous and energetic. Fairly prominent 2011-typical acids. Grapefruit, beeswax, greengages, mint and some peach. A backbone of rocky minerality. Only medium mid palate weight. Finishes dry and moderately long. Others may not like this austere style of Chablis as much as I do. No immediate hurry to drink this wine but I wouldn't expect it to be ultra-long lived. (92-93)

November 11, 2015 - Transparent pale gold in colour.
Pear, grapefruit and a little beeswax.
Citrus fruit palate first, seductive mouthfeel, mineral acidity, lacking the fruit drive to nail Grand Cru Chablis.

July 3, 2013 - Visit to William Fèvre in Chablis (Chablis): Nose: mineral, some yellow apple with hints of baked apple, small hints of flowery notes.
Palate: mineral, quite concentrated, some yellow fruit including citrus, high acidity, some spice.
Summary: mineral-driven but with slightly more fruit than the premier crus, and slightly softer than the three right bank premier crus. Rather young, somewhat approachable, 92(+) p
