January 22, 2017 - Very nice Paso blend. Syrah dominant. Dark fruit, meat, chocolate. Went way to fast..another 1-2 years would probably be even better.

January 19, 2017 - Drank over two nights. Notes are from the second night. Nose of licorice, asphalt, cured meats, olives, and black berries. Similar notes on the palate. This has rounded out nicely. Meatier than I remember. It should continue to impress for another 5 years.

December 17, 2016 - Drinking really well now, and could still improve a bit. Loads of chocolate, dark fruit, and a little chalk.

December 9, 2016 - Birthday wine and it went pretty fast. What I had was excellent...smooth delivery. Decanted 30 minutes, necessitated by problems removing cork.
