October 20, 2014 - Fanastic even on first night after some air.
October 13, 2014 - Hours of decanting and it still took till days two and three for this to really show well. So primary on day one, candied red fruits, with some heat on the back end. Tannins are already well integrated. The following days it took on more savory flavors, meaty, olive, smoky. If I open another one of these anytime soon it may be the day prior to drinking.

October 6, 2014 - Yum! Thoroughly enjoyable. Not for those faint of heart. Big extracted cherry/blackberry extracted fruit with touch a touch of sweetness. I think I like these better than the saxums

October 4, 2014 - Dry herbs in here with blueberry liquour thing and a slight bitter spicy finish. A big gooey, and not as balanced as it should be. 15.5% showing too much in the finish.

August 16, 2014 - Decanted for 6 hours with similar notes to previous bottle. This one had less depth and energy. However, we did not have enough to see if it had the same magic another night might reveal.1 person found this helpful Comment
