July 22, 2016 - Black cherry and blackberry fruit with licorice, tar, and tobacco notes. Firm tannins and long finish, great wine!

June 22, 2016 - The Torrington Syrah base wines just rock after a sufficiently long rest in the cellar. This one is no exception. Depth, precision of flavors, bouquet, and mouth-feel are all just right. Smells and tastes of rich dark red and black fruit with some spice in the background.

May 10, 2016 - Tart blackberry with a chocolate coating. Bulky tannins help it from becoming dessert. Enjoy.

December 3, 2015 - Two hour decant, and still very tight. Gravel, chocolate, and wild dark fruit on the nose. Massive structure, yet still very smooth. Not syrupy or overly sweet. Great example of quality paso fruit.
