Community Tasting Notes 3
April 24, 2014 - Private Dinning: You Bring then I Do (Restaurant La Piperna - Madrid): Excellent, as ever.
Completely different if compared with your usual sweet wine.
Aromas of black olives, blueberries and candies. A saline touch?
Palate is dense yet refreshing. Very very long.
Excelente, como siempre.
Completamente diferente si la comparas con tu vino dulce habitual.
Aromas a aceitunas negras, arándanos azules y a dulces. ¿También un toque salino?
En boca es densa aunque refrescante. Muy muy larga.
Acompañó un tiramisú.

March 3, 2014 - Amazing wine, thick and super ripe but not in the least hot or pruney. In fact, it has a kind of coolness to it, with blueberry flavors, minerals, and complex florality. Bit of a bite on the finish, not necessarily a bad thing. Very fragrant. Delicious.

October 13, 2013 - Made with extremely overripe fruits, resulting in berries, chocolate, sweet spices and 16% alcohol. Sweet, sticky and tasty, balanced by nice acidity. Port-like but not fortified. Would go well with cheeses or chocolate desserts. A pretty good value at under $30 for a 500 ml bottle.
