January 28, 2022 - Opened up within 30 minutes. Perhaps my best bottles yet. Rich and nearly creamy dark fruits with some red fruits underneath, touches of spice, dried herbs and sweet Oak.

May 12, 2021 - 30 minutes in the glass is all that is needed for it to open. Still vibrant red and black fruits with some spice, sweet Oak and dried herbs. The wine did not begin to fade until the 3rd day of sampling using only a VinVac to preserve it.
