May 8, 2016 - #JOECOMBELLICK got it right. Very tannic; aeration doesn't help much. Brooding fruits, oak, and a lingering petroleum note. Needs some more time. Seems like it will blossom into something special. Can't give it 90's yet though.

March 26, 2016 - Flawed. Dirty. Bretty. Monstered. Some VA. Tastes modern/international though, with shiny oak. Hopefully the next bottle is healthy. Marked as flawed.

December 13, 2015 - Popped and poured. Very deep colour. Obvious nose of herbs, tobacco and wild berry. Very muscular and solid body with much amount of dry tannin. Better with food. Intense dark cherry flavor. Straight forward and not much variation upon breathing. Drink now. No reason to age further.

November 1, 2015 - Dark / purple color. Black fruits and earthy notes in the nose.
On the palate black fruits, some pepper, earth, forest, well integrated tannins which are not rough.
A very dense and quite complex wine for that price which surprised me positively.
Negative is only the alkohol. More than 2 glasses takes you away...
I tasted other wines with 14,5%Vol but there was alcohol not so present.
But over all a very nice wine for that price!

August 27, 2015 - lots of dark fruit and cherry with earth and iron in the backdrop. Works well for sipping or with food. Holds up well over a meal.
