Community Tasting Notes 8

  • jmcafee Likes this wine:

June 11, 2020 - The fruit is well-aged, with a very light body and thin palate. The tannin is a bit rough but aeration smoothed it out. Pleasant, but not stellar. Drink now (2020).

December 26, 2019 - Compared with the '10 and '12 of the same cuvee, this one suffered. Still fine, but rather thinner and more acidic than the others. The '11s in general have not come around much, but hope prevails.

December 11, 2018 - Nice rich black cherry, plum aromas, a bit hard and thin on the palate.
