September 4, 2012 - Sparkling wine course, part 1: Europe (Munskänkarna) (Stockholm): Pale colour. In the nose yellow apple, some wool, a hint of honey and some sweetish notes, slightly flowery and slightly herbal notes. Rather dry on the palate, yellow apple, some apricot, good concentration of fruit, some wool, high acidity, mineral, fresh and firm finish. 84-85 p.
The aromas show unusually ripe and sweetish fruit for a Crémant, but the palate is dry and acid-driven.
