December 23, 2019 - From a magnum. A bit dried out and weak at first, then took on weight with air. Notes of deep black and red fruit, some spice, toasty vanilla and a touch of mint. Full bodied, very much in balance.

August 18, 2018 - 44% Syrah/44% Grenache/12% Mourvedre. Black cherry, black currant, and wild berry. Nice core of earth, dried herbs, cedar, dark chocolate, black pepper, and spice. Nice structure, still has some firm tannins, good finish.

June 10, 2017 - Absolutely outstanding. 15.8% alcohol, but one would never know it....the intense black fruits, acids, tannins, and general body overwhelm the alcohol. Wow, what a wine!!!

February 25, 2017 - Vibrant and lively, with deep black and red fruit flavors, sweet spice and a touch of mint. Full bodied, with a rustic edge and enough acidity to hold things in balance.
