November 21, 2022 - Doran's. Dark fruit, decent spice, gritty tannins.

November 20, 2022 - Served blind. Dark fruit, subtle spice. Upon reveal, I thought "I like the name better than the wine, being a skiier". Decent wine served amongst tough competition.

A L P Does not like this wine:
March 21, 2021 - Volatiles in nose. Very alcoholic. At first it seemed pruney. Then tannic. Instead of sediment there is a strange pinkish thickness (kind of like thin cranberry sauce) at the bottom. Doesn’t taste bad but it’s strange.
