January 15, 2022 - Medium ruby in appearance. Just a touch of lightening at the edge.
Fully evolved nose of red fruits , cherry liqueur (the signature note of this estate) licorice and some mineral elements. Just gorgeous on the nose and no sign of fatigue at age 10 or so.
Full bodied with medium acidity and plenty of structure to keep the wine fresh. Good flavor concentration and a medium plus to long finish. Just delicious and helped me deal with a tough Raiders loss.... -
