February 18, 2017 - Agree with Cullens. Typical Gigondas herbs and garrique. Nice wine. Vry tasty. Always a winner, St. Damien.

February 12, 2017 - Bright ruby color, translucent, very pretty. Aromas and flavors of raspberries and cherries, wonderful fruit. Lacks structure a bit but a very pretty wine. I wonder what this might be like if left in the cellar for quite a few years. It is not very tannic so I am not sure how well it would age.

January 18, 2017 - Agree with RUSTYRUDY'S note. In a very good place right now for consuming. I see the peak over the next 18 months. Drink up. I don't see it peaking five years from now, if fact it will be slipping down the back side.

Didn't take notes - paired with grilled chicken. Decanted for 3 hours - great fruit / acid / balance and very food friendly. Wife & family really enjoyed. Has improved from prior tasting(s) and this wine should age gracefully for 5+ years.

August 27, 2016 - Dark red. Mineral, cedar, spice, and red fruited nose. Red delicious apple, tart raspberry, moderate intensity, dried cherry , moderate tannins, and a pleasant finish. Drinking well now. Soft tannins.
