  June 2, 2022 - Update to note 7th May 2022. Tasted against the Valdespino Deliciosa Manzanilla.
  Thus bottle was bottled on 27/10/20 so some post bottle aging. Much older than last bottle!
  This shows the extra aging it seems whereas the VDM is fresher, softer and still atypical for a Manzanilla.

  May 7, 2022 - This 500ml bottle was bottled on 19/10/21 so I compared it against the Valdespino Inocente Fino (L211132) (see separate note) so probably similar bottling dates.
  Colour: light gold, some bronze notes, bright, clear.
  Nose: full, fresh, floral, fresh hay, nutty.
  Taste: light/med body, rounded, opulent, ripe fruit flavours, great length, rounded, good fruit.
  Overall, certainly beats the Inocente for elegance and fresh ripeness. A great discovery in a packaging similar to the Palmas range.

  December 29, 2020 - Latest bottle of this, Nice nutty powerful nose promises much, but the wine was disappointing on the palette, a bit harsh, lacking flavour and to be honest many entry level finos beat this hands down, always difficult with finos and manzanillas, they should be fresh, and it is impossible to tell how long merchants have had them stored.

  November 26, 2018 - Both my bottles consumed over the last six weeks, probably going over , kept to long, dark for a fino but wonderfull nutty aroma and very deep flavour, nearly an amontillado, I forgot about these bottles and paid the price, not really a fino any more.
