November 25, 2012 - Tasted at Remoissenet Cellars, Beaune
Typically excellent Remoissenet 1967 - this is such a consistently succesful vintage for the house. Acidity is quite elevated but flavour is magnificient - earthy notes yet silky too. Deliciously sappy.
