September 30, 2015 - Opened during Sukkot evening. The vintage was really successful. I haven't sorrow about two years of its cellaring and it has improved significantly. Full body, deep ruby red color. Aromatic, more elegance of previous tasting, black and red berries, tobacco leaves, floral and oak aroma. Black currants, fresh plums, cherry, black olives, spicy and woody on the palate, slightly mineral and liquorice on long finish. Rich but still fresh and juicy, silk texture, complex and balanced, lovely acidity, still tannic. Food friendly, best match is roasted meat but well associated with salads and light cheeses. Serve 18º - 22º. Open half hour in advance. Completely matured, drink now and next four years.

December 8, 2013 - By the glass from Wine-bar 107 in Haifa, Israel. Simple, fruity, and delicious. Not complex but focused with distinct smoky/sooty flavors and dark berry.

April 19, 2012 - Full body, deep garnet red color, highly aromatic – fruits bomb, red berries, floral, coffee and oak aroma, plums, cherry and herbs on the palate, slightly mineral on finish, long finish, powerful but juicy, bold texture, complex and balanced, lovely acidity, still tannic. Food friendly. Associates with roasted meat. Serve 18º - 22º. Open two/four hours in advance. Already enjoyable but best from next year and will in well drinking conditions three/five years.
