April 20, 2024 - Wines in Cardiff; 4/19/2024-4/20/2024: 2nd time and better this time.
Fresh nose of cherries and sous bois. Exotic spice really showing tonight giving it an edge over the 2013 Jadot Clos Saint Jacques.
All elements in balance but a gripe I have of this weekend's reds is the lack of fruit concentration.

March 29, 2024 - Hard to argue with the previous ratings. A rich, dark fruits, youthful wine which packs a refined punch. Shoes again that 2011 is a very nice vintage if you stick with the better wines (others can be a bit green/ vegetal (if that is a word)). This wine definitely benefits from a bit of air and I suspect will be better in 5-10 years time but drinking very well now
