December 31, 2016 - Very nice, fresh wine. Characteristic aromas of apple, citrus, and oyster shell. Well-balanced on the palate. Maybe lacks some sexiness on the palate, but this is predictably good. Excellent freshness on the finish.

December 25, 2016 - Superb wine. Light yellow/green color, with a green apple and oyster shell nose. In the mouth, like a laser beam, with tart green apple fruit framing a crisp lemony note. Outstanding concentration and focus, bright acidity, and a finish that sails on like a sprinter headed for the finish line. This is great, racy stuff. Absolutely delicious and killer value. A-/A

October 3, 2016 - This is quite nice tonight and drinking well with just abit of air. Pretty green and stone fruit with good minerality and nori notes. The depth and concentration are reasonable for its level. To my tastes this is in a good place now, and given my experience with poxed Chablis, I think I'll play it safe and drink it up sooner rather than later.

April 21, 2016 - Domaine William Fèvre 2014 Seminar (Plum Market - Chicago IL): Maturing ripe apple with some lemon custard and faint tropical notes. Good+ concentration, moderate depth and length. Best now.

    Buono
