May 12, 2017 - Burgundy dinner; 5/11/2017-5/12/2017 (Singapore): At the other end of the spectrum compared to the 2013 Arlaud preceding it. Somewhat herbal nose, bright and rich red fruit, elevated acidity, very aromatic, medium finish. Overdone? Perhaps a bit but definitively an excellent wine. 92-93

May 11, 2017 - Nose of red fruit, here we have some heat, is this overdone? It certainly feels like it, on the palate as well. Spiciness and aromas of the great vineyard come through on the finish though. A question wine mark for me today. 91+
