June 30, 2016 - Impossible de rester indifférent, énorme puissance dans les saveurs, mais aussi beaucoup d'alcool avec ses 19°, c'est bon, un verre suffit

December 25, 2015 - Absolutely delicious with lots of figs, candided walnuts, pecans, and some quince jelly notes. Very creamy on the palate, but it's dry and doesn't leave an overly oily feeling in the mouth. Holds its 19 degrees of alcohol very well. Perfect for a charcuterie plate and almonds.

December 5, 2015 - Lots of dried figs and nuts on a rather pleasant nose.
Very sharp and salty taste, a fiery alcoholic note and a harsh finish.
Great notes but the finish gets a bit too bitter and harsh for my taste. Still an interesting sherry.
