    October 11, 2023 - 尝。稀淡气味,口中什么都没有。这块地,这样,太失败了

June 3, 2023 - Just a typical amazing Burgundy. Super floral on the nose, a great structure, and a fine balance of fruit, acidity is clearly evident.

What I am not sure about is, if age/maturity has done any modification to the wine as I tried a younger one and there is not much difference, to me.

November 2, 2022 - Light garnet, definite evolution at the rim. The nose is mostly sousbois, with some red cherry and dried cranberry. Oak is completely integrated. I did feel the palate was a little out of balance with very high acidity (on the border of tart) and not enough fruit to balance it out. Very light dusting of tannins. I tend to to prefer a more austere style of red Burgundy but this was pushing it for me. I plan to drink my remaining 2 bottles sooner rather than later.

July 19, 2022 - Sommelier Scholarship Fund Tasting (Popina - Brooklyn NY): Walk around tasting. Ripe enough red cherry throughout, slightly firm but well balanced, especially for the vintage. Good+ depth and length, this is good now.
