April 8, 2021 - Very aromatic nose of clove-baking spice, dried cherry, cranberry, pomegranate. Intense yet silky on palate. Youthful color with no signs of bricking. Impressive stuff. Unwinding nicely. If this was shut down, it’s not anymore. Looks like it’s headed into a nice long maturation phase. Hitting its stride, but give it another couple years to really shine.

September 11, 2019 - Fine Wines SG - BYOB “Whose Wine is it anyway?” (Praelum Wine Bistro): Rather mild red cherries and cranberries, hardly apparent on the nose actually. With some glass breathing it seems to earn a bit of ripeness. Could get a bit of earth and grassiness, but still generally subtle. Probably in its secondary dormancy

May 4, 2019 - Past its prime. No nose, completely flat on palate, vitamin pill oxidation. If it's gone dumb, then it got *really* dumb. Wine flavored water.

March 15, 2014 - La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. Very enjoyable black fruit aromas and flavors. Very good balance for an NSG so young, even if slightly simple. Good sneaky structure hiding in the background.
