January 9, 2018 - I am not usually charmed by Drouhin reds in their youthful stages. But this was remarkably stunning with its very effusive nose of raw pinot fruit, red and dark cherry coulis character. Missing the usual blast of acid in a young Drouhin, showing great balance and class. Very enticing now but will hold up for several years.
January 8, 2018 - a lovely aromatic profile of kirsch, raspberry, violet-infused spicy notes introduce fresh, fruity and lifted flavors of wet stone and red berry fruit melange. The tannins seem to be well-integrated today. This is very charming at present due to the lack of firmness but this should age on its balance. 90-91 points for me today. No rush at all. Try again in 5-8 years.
July 23, 2016 - From a restaurant list tonight. Very decent juice, and terrific value. I would drink this again with pleasure.
November 28, 2014 - Strawberry, herb, bright and simple.
A few more years might benefit this wine.
November 9, 2014 - Good balance. Gentle nose, Oaky finish. Needed more than an hour after opening. Needs a couple more years in cellar.
November 4, 2014 - Classic sweet-sour style with red fruit and some tannins. Less rustique than normal for the appellation, I guess it is due to the vintage.
October 16, 2014 - Bacalao and wine (At Arild's): Light and clear red. Earthy and perfumed nose with dark raspberries. Pure and juicy with nice depth and fruit. Long and spicy finish.
Excellent.
March 7, 2014 - Fløyelsmyk, gode tanninner. Musk, mørk kirsebær og et touch av lakris. Meget god vin, trenger rundt halvtime luft.

October 18, 2013 - Elegant though primary nose of red cherries, strawberries and red currants. The wine feels tight, medium bodied with medium plus tannins. The palate is also very primary with plenty of red fruits. Moderate plus length.
