May 16, 2019 - Just superb! Still going strong. Some more steeed cherries and strawberries from last half bottle. One of my favorite roses.
June 12, 2018 - From a half bottle: This is drinking beautifully right now. Floral, heavy bing cherry, strawberry, creamy (from MLF) and integrated tannins. Medium+ body. This is not your typical Provence rose (thank goodness). Wish I had more!

February 8, 2016 - Serviceable, less than remarkable blush. Enough oomph to face up to red sauce, mid-level fruit, some spine. A touch tannic, mineral, floral, strawberry-ish. Just a decent table rose. Drank in magnum format.

August 30, 2015 - Strawberry, soft lifesavers cherry, good acidity. Paired well with Korean noodles and grilled salmon
August 4, 2015 - Pale pink salmon. Summery flowery aromas of lavender, peaches and guava. Refreshing palate with a solid core of charcoal laced figs, pomegranate, and soy. Somewhat disjoined finish. I liked the '11 version more.
