August 3, 2016 - Decent. Showing tobacco, dark cherries and dusty tannins. Poured through Vinturi, 2nd glass better than the first. No improvement on night #2.

May 22, 2016 - Enjoyable Barolo especially considering the price. Nose of dried cherries, strawberry, tobacco, slate. Ruby red with very slight browning wedges. Tannins were grippy and acidity was medium plus. I wouldn't drink this without food. With a red pasta meat dish, this wine was really good and became much more refreshing. I let it breathe for a few hours. For $28, why not.1 person found this helpful Comment

January 2, 2016 - Essentially popped and poured and followed over several hours. Expressive nose with meat and cassis with a floral elegance. Palate was rather ripe and forward, but plenty of structure.Finish was medium to long with a delicious meaty note. Really nice barolo that is well crafted for early consumption. Drinking great now.

January 1, 2016 - Very nice and enjoyable. Popped the cork about 2 hrs ahead of drinking it. Very smooth and lots of depth with a long finish. Cherry, anise, and plums on the nose. Very balanced. I really love this Barolo. Great qpr at $29.
