August 8, 2018 - Really terrific for a Cabernet which expected to be mid level. Dark fruit and equally dark colored. Aromas of restrained fruits which are really hard to find. On the palette the wine shines. Dark bing cherry fruit is the immediate note. Mid palette the wine delivers a tomato leaf flavor and bell pepper. The finish is a little closed and dry on the tongue. This seems to have some legs to run further.

March 16, 2018 - Nice cab for the buck in a bad year no less. No overt green pepper, just nice dark fruit and a great cedar component. Potent now, could go a while longer but I like them like this.
