April 25, 2018 - This was our second bottle of this wine this week. This bottle had no signs of yeast as previously noted. Pale yellow, floral and citrus bouquet, fairly smooth on palate with floral lemon fruit, not much mineral showing, Decent acidity gave it brightness and worked well as an aperitif with goat cheeses.

April 23, 2018 - Pale yellow, dominant yeast (fresh bread dough)aroma flowed out of the bottle upon opening. The yeast aroma disappeared within 30 minutes leaving a pleasant floral and citrus bouquet. The citrus fruit adequate and was boosted with a good dose of acidity. We thought the mineral aspect was a bit short for Chablis. Served with pan roasted halibut.

January 11, 2018 - Shading toward deeper yellow in glass, a bit of age in nose to go with same on palate--meyer lemon, lemon, mineral, floral hints, mineral hints, slight richness & roundness with a bit of pineapple maybe. Moderate length.

August 3, 2016 - Has a very nice Chablis character, particularly for the 2012's. Good flowery complexity with bright acidity and a touch of smoke. Has a bit of mineral focus. Lovely now.

June 17, 2016 - Had at a friends house alongside (4) others which included Clos du Mont Olivet Chateauneuf du Pape 2012, Bruna Grimaldi Barolo Camila 2011, Il Valentiano Brunello Campo di Marzo 2010 and Naked Chardonnay foreplay (year unknown).

This is a sharp and acidic white wine which was unbalanced at first tasting and later mellowed to a lemon zest and citric palette. Not exactly my taste especially against the Cali Chard which we had in this group.

April 16, 2016 - Right up our wheelhouse for an entry level Chablis. Good steeliness, lemon, saline, ocean spray. Priced right at $20 and may try to source some more.

November 7, 2015 - Solid entry level Chablis. Lemon, ocean spray, gunflint. Solid for the $17 I paid earlier this year.

August 10, 2015 - Popped and poured. Pretty good AOC Chablis but did not live up to its $28 price tag (state of WA sucks for Chablis prices). At $20, I think I like the Fevre CR better.

June 14, 2015 - A very good, but not great, Chablis. Exceedingly good value. Arguably, we sipped a touch too young It has legs to lay down a few more years.
