    December 31, 2017 - Deeper yellow in glass, delightful brioche nose and palate, baked apple, green apple edge, citrus, nut hints, very good balance and length, moderately rich. Thoroughly enjoyable NY Eve dinner companion for fresh crab cakes & greens.

    October 27, 2017 - Servered with steamed lobster and drawn butter. Did not pair well to my taste. Had a sour note that seemed to overcome what I expected to be dry.
    Will evaluate again with a different pairing.

    May 13, 2017 - Honeyed and open pretty much from the first glass - like bottles opened years ago that were drank over a few days. Beautiful texture and just damn delicious. Wishing I had bought more, as this has clearly aged well, but so glad I held onto this one.

    July 21, 2015 - Freaking fantastic! Very small bubbles, beautiful mousse, loads of yeast, cream and fresh bread. Medium+ finish. I would totally load up if I could find more.

    June 23, 2015 - Aromas of crisp pear, apple, bread & a hint of citrus. The flavors match. Light minerals, medium acidity, fine bubbles. Light-bodied but moderate complexity; refreshing.
