April 27, 2013 - inky purple and mediium bodied. The Rochet Lamothe Malbec from Cahors has a fruity nose of dark fruits and spices. Viscous and smooth in the mouth with tastes of mulberry, blackberry and a firm peppery background to keep things lively. The finish had decent length.
