  April 21, 2019 - Sight-clear, deep, purple, opaqueness at rim, light tearing, no gas
  Nose-delicate nose, vanilla, some anise, slight ripe red fruit, no minerality, whiff of pine cone
  Palate- off dry, plain red fruit, low acid, low tannins, med- alcohol, low complexity, pretty thin, tolerable, but wouldn't go out of my way to find. Won't get better with age. 80 points.

  June 19, 2017 - Okay, but not interesting. Pretty much what you would expect at this price. One note taste. Still fruity. Drinkable, but not worth buying.

  November 6, 2015 - Not great, but okay - a lot of alcohol on the nose (surprising amount even for a 14.0% wine) some excessive bitterness that overrides the fruit, but a nice bit of licorice on the finish that sneaks up on you.
