April 11, 2015 - Another auction winner! This has a robust and ripe nose. It is still tannic with moderate greeness and good mouth filling body along flavors of full cherry fruit with seasoned leather.
February 8, 2015 - Dark purple (transparent) in the glass. Nose and palate of black cherry tea. Firm tannins that soften to stiff velvet with air. Still some time but great with Tuscan fare now.
December 15, 2014 - Deep garnet in the glass. Healthy nose of black cherry and menthol. Very firm tannins on entry that don't let go through the finish. Full bodied palate of black cherry tea. Still plenty of time left in this one. Glad I have two bottles.
