July 29, 2015 - - Light gold color with fast forming legs. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of lemon, peach and apple with a light body. Narrow texture with a short finish - Slight nose.

September 9, 2014 - A very enjoyable light and crisp SB. More grapefruit on the nose versus the palate. Flavors have more mandarin orange than grapefruit, with some honeydew melon and lemon grass.. Nice level of acidity to give it crispness balanced with the fruit flavors giving it a pleasant roundness.
