September 22, 2017 - A bit restrained nose, could do with a few more years. Distinct but very rounded tannins, fine balanced acidity, very fresh and clear blackberry and raspberry fruit, medium+ aftertaste. Maybe not the best vintage but it does show a lot of elegancy and drinking pleasure. Decant for 1 - 2 hours now or wait until later.

July 21, 2017 - Direkt nach dem Öffnen probiert
    - Tief dunkle Farbe. Dunkel rot aber auch nicht mehr blau
    - Schwaches Bouquet. Dunkle Früchte.
    - Schöner runder ausgewogener Wein. Abgerundete, wenig dominate Tannine. Starke Säure. Insgesamt sehr rund. Vergleich mit älterem Bordeuax durchaus passend.
    - Schöner Wein aber finde ich nicht den hohen Preis wert

July 11, 2017 - Tuesday Night Double Blind $50+ (Alpharetta, GA): Dark core, violet rim; pretty floral note, violets, purple fruit, rocky, vanilla shades, a little cedar; great plum and wild berry on the palate, fresh acid, firm tannin that is shaping up though still showing young, hint of chocolate, apple skin, more air brings a slight bitterness; was on Syrah at first then a rich Sangio style, keep forgetting about Terroldego.

July 3, 2017 - Opened, poured into a decanter, and served with food (home made gyro, in case you were wondering). Recorked half into a 375ml bottle to taste again.
Dark purple color. Nose shows some dark fruits and a hint of licorice and vanilla extract.
Nice round fruits with a mix of dark cherries and red sour cherries with a good does of acidity on the back end that carries the wine. This drinks like a 10 year old cabernet. Well balanced and quite enjoyable.

January 3, 2017 - Can't tell if it's too late or too early to have opened this bottle--not much fruit evident, good acidity, dusty tannins.
