January 31, 2023 - Delicious !! This bottle is really tasting great right now !! As expected and at peak !!
The cork was remarkably perfect after over a decade in the bottle. I consumed this delicious Pinot Noir over two days. Dark ruby color with little to no oxidation, clarity was medium. Aromas of pomegranate, cranberry, fresh fig, violets, and black tea; flavors of black cherry, red fruit compote, rhubarb, glycerin, and marine soil with a medium to long finish. This age worthy wine has many more years of life left. Fortunately, I still have one last bottle remaining in my cellar. A very balanced flavorful Pinot Noir from a fabled vineyard in the Sonoma Coast Appellation. A great fruit source and a good winemaking effort.

September 13, 2022 - I love Lynmar Pinot Noirs, but this was not what I expected as I taste through my 2010 Lynmar Pinot Noirs, it may be past peak, but may be just an off bottle, not bad, just not great. I will taste another soon to confirm. I have decided this was a flawed bottle, others since are fantastic
The cork was perfect after over a decade in the bottle. This slightly out of balanced Pinot Noir was consumed over two days. Deep ruby color with little to no oxidation, clarity medium. Aromas of red raspberry and pomegranate. Flavors of red fruit compote, rhubarb, and marine soil a short to medium finish. Popped and poured, this wine was slightly tart, but became much more soft and integrated on day two. I still have three more bottles of this vintage remaining in my cellar; I will open another soon to verify this tasting note.

September 10, 2017 - Excellent Sonoma Pinot. Silky texture with dark cherry, light vanilla (in a good way) and more earthy terroir than most California Pinot.

December 17, 2016 - Superb. Best Lynmar we've had. Drank over 2 days and it did not lose anything at all. Fresh, clean, with lots of red fruit and very good structure.

April 13, 2016 - Very open and accessible despite no decant. Rich, multi-layered fruit and solid structure. This is complex yet easy to quaff too quickly.

November 1, 2015 - Rich and full-bodied, with developed flavors of cherry, strawberry, and blackberry, with hint of red pepper and vanilla. Lovely balance and finish.

September 6, 2015 - Still drinking well with lots of structure and fruit. We enjoyed the tobacco notes and spice under the strawberry and cherry notes.

February 24, 2015 - Very rich and well balanced. Black fruit, cherry, cedar, and mineral notes. Should age well for several years.
