Community Tasting Notes 2

November 11, 2013 - BYO (Østerbro): Intense and deep nose with a full-body packed with pineapple, mango and vanilla. Just a hint of wine-gums.
Packed with pineapple fruit on the palate with a solid acidity and a long and solid aftertaste.
Perhaps a bit over the top but I really liked it :-)

August 26, 2013 - CVd a glass.....cloudy and rustic...tropical fruit trying to overcome the green apple, tart lemon....really exotic and pretty rich! Reminds me of a SQN white?? Like The Petition....which has 62% Alban fruit...30% Chard.......has honysuckle florals of a Viognier, and hot buttered rum spice, hazelnut butter of the chard! Not as heavy as the Petition....more citrus squeeze, minerality....crushed salty limestone. I dig this!! Not something typical in the Chardonnay camp.....but one you would expect from the likes of a John Alban, or a Manfred Krankl!! Love it!
