June 5, 2014 - Good value/food wine for $8 with decent nose of red/blue fruits, nice mid palate of the same w/o noticeable oak and good acids leading to a juicy finish.

April 17, 2014 - Fruit forward, nice sipping wine, soft tannins and enjoyable for the price.

    January 18, 2014 - Great value.

Nose: balance of old world/new world dirt, lush plum, cherry

    Taste: fruit driven, nice mouthfeel.

December 19, 2013 - I'm not terribly excited by this 2012 version of Honoro Vera Grenache. To me it tastes a little rustic and unfinished. Not totally a disaster, there are some nice things to like. Almost perfect Grenache color. Decent strawberry and red raspberry nose. Unfortunately, the fruit is not really vibrant and juicy, just barely adequate. A lot of acidic tannins. Might benefit from the vinturi or a decant.
