September 23, 2017 - Huge wine. Brawny in your face custard, bold flavors. K loved it. Was quite tasty, but a little big for my typical style.
April 22, 2017 - Lemon merengue, wet stone, hazelnut cream with a hint of vanilla, with a rich luscious mouth feel and a kiss of spicey oak on the finish. This is a fabulous CA Chardonnay !

November 4, 2016 - Outstanding chardonnay. Buttery with lots of melon and citrus, some vanilla, moderate oak and acidity. Long finish.
September 21, 2016 - Straight up delicious Paul Hobbs chard. Citrus, vanilla cream, lemon merengue, with some hazelnut butter on the finish. Harmonious. Really well balanced with good acidity and a really long finish that keeps you going back for more. At 5 years old it is still well intact and drinking wonderfully. Bravo!
August 25, 2015 - Hard to find a better pairing with lobsta than a California Chardonnay, happy 4th!
Lemon oil, orange peel, star fruit, and vanilla. Medium acidity and body, high alcohol, with a long and pure finish.
August 1, 2015 - Butterscotch, apple aromas and flavors. Long finish.
June 20, 2015 - Everything you expect from a wine from Paul Hobbs. Rich and creamy in the mouth with honeysuckle, hazelnut and butter on the taste buds with a long sugary finish. Excellent
June 14, 2015 - Elegant texture. Blackberry, leather, meat - almost like bacon - on the nose. Very balanced and smooth. Love this wine.
