Tasted non blind.
Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of talc, flowers, paraffin and mixed yellow fruits. Flavors of yellow pears, yellow apples, creme and a hint of lemon. Light to medium acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.

August 17, 2014 - Excellent wine. Predominantly new world and a bit bigger than I usually like, but the quality is there. Dial down the sweetness and maybe the alc a bit and you have a hit. Cream, minerals, apples. Yum.
