April 21, 2021 - Deep dark purple, violet aromas, deep black fruit with a touch of vanilla, and smooth tannins. Finished over 2 nights, faded some by night 2, so I plan to drink my remaining bottle soon.

January 5, 2019 - Drinking beautifully right now. Still could age some more.

February 4, 2018 - Took to a dinner so nothing detailed, but it is drinking really well - disappeared quickly around the table. Dive in.

September 23, 2014 - A surprisingly robust, very round Syrah. Intense purple with notes of violet, licorice, blackberry, and tobacco. Didn't finish particularly strong, but a well-balanced, pleasant wine.

December 28, 2013 - Not my cup of tea. Nose is obliterated by animal leathery smokey notes.
