  March 15, 2022 - Still drinking well at this age in the bottle. Could probably go another year or two. Drank over several days and good to the last drop.

  April 20, 2014 - With Pan fried chicken, asparagus, roasted potatoes
  Nice nose - Rasberry/Blackberry.
  Color: light burgundy, touch of brick at the rim.
  Palate: some nice fruit, acid, dry.
  About the same as last bottles we've had, a very good wine.

  February 11, 2014 - Oxidized? Secondary fermentation? Browning/bricking in color, cloudy, rough on the palate, flat taste, slightly spritzed upon opening, hollow fruit. Tasted over several days, stored in-between at cellar temp, vacuum sealed, but the wine never changed. Previous bottle drunk several months ago was fine, nothing like this. Terrible.

  January 15, 2014 - With beef burgundy and bread.
  Pinot nose - earthy with some pepper.
  Jane says color is purples, I see crimson with some orange highlights.
  Smooth, dry, medium-weight, balanced, a bit of acid to avoid flab. Drinking very nicely right now.

  October 13, 2013 - With stuffed pork chops and squash.
  Clear light ruby, moving to a bit of orange at the rim.
  Very nice nose, clean classic pinot noir.
  Medium medium-light weight, a touch of earthy smooth, silky, more pure pinot noirness than most, nice length moving to a bright cherry at the finish. Almost unexpectedly good. I will go buy a couple more bottles. Won't develop much, drinking very well right now.
