May 12, 2017 - This bottle was so enjoyable.

Mint, raspberries, crisp red apple, light floral notes, rosemary, a touch of fennel, licorice, and tart cherry popping through; a really nice, lasting 40sec+ tart acidity. Light colored, delicate, clearly a pinot noir.

Recommended served at a prompt 54ºF ~ Can drink now with a decant, or hold for 5-7 years.
    -----
Update: Don't be deceived by this wine after only a half hour or so. Drink slowly, and because of the lasting flavor on the palette, every sip starts to compound in intensity.

October 22, 2013 - Tasted at the Domaine. Clean, pure, elegant and chewy on the palate. Good Pommard power. Very pretty on the finish.
