November 30, 2019 - Very nice. I agree with GTONYG81. Nose of dark cherry and licorice in forefront, tar, leather and slight cinnamon (balanced new world oak integration). Taste: some chocolate (cherry and citrus orange). This was nice for a new world style. Good structure in mid-palate. Finish consists of a moderate length and grippy tannins. .
Overall balance (acidity, tannins, and fruit) suggests another 5-10 years left. Great QPR considering that I purchased this for CAD35~ 4-5 years ago. -

November 19, 2016 - Very nice. Brick colour and amazing nose. Hints of tar and cedar background. Black fruit and a subtle sour up front but after 1 hour decant it really shines

July 24, 2015 - Disappointing muted nose but nice fruit on the palate, with some serious but balanced tannin. Good short term aging potential.
14%ABV. Sealed with cork of modest quality.
