February 17, 2022 - This went well before dinner and with the first course. Still vibrant with a strong citrus bent. Very enjoyable wine

February 12, 2022 - On the nose - a little butterscotch giving way to a faint coconut and a little ocean spray, no stone fruit, no flint or stone. On the palate it is pretty one dimensional, no front, mid, or back palate. On the palate - we got a splash of fruit that gave way to a saline finish that lingers. For me it is the finish -it paired well with a shashimi trout, smoked roe, and a sesame seed cracker as well.

July 22, 2021 - This exceeded all expectations- pale gold colour , mineral and peach bouquet ,long, precise palate with saltiness and stone fruit but a honeysuckle note to add richness ,drinking well now and for next 5 years

July 17, 2021 - Needs to be Eurocave temperature 13C. Not fridge temperature.

July 17, 2021 - Eh... it is strange, and I'm not sure what to think about it. I don't think it's corked, but perhaps cooked/maderized. Hopefully the other bottles are better

December 29, 2020 - Not really impressed. Lacking but body and freshness.

November 28, 2020 - Pale gold in colour. Very reductive nose with gun flint, struck match and minerality. Palate shows good texture, some gentle tropical fruits with a very clear brioche & yeast notes. Not unattractive but not really showing what one would want from a quality PM with 8 years age on it. A decant has allowed it to open up further. Will have to see how this ages.

March 21, 2020 - Medium yellow gold in colour. Nose is incredibly brioche with real yeast or hops on the nose; a little nuttiness too. Palate also shows that yeast with some stone fruits and some gentle truffle. Will benefit from food. Still feels young, though starting to enter drinking window. Drink now-2026.

February 29, 2020 - I thought it was drinking well. Maybe not showy burgundy but OK
