Community Tasting Notes 2

December 17, 2016 - So good. Textbook nose of sous bois and black cherry. More cherry and sous bois palate. The flavors are expansive and deep. The texture is velvety and plush but without a single element of excess. Finishes mineral and with a nip of tannin.

December 15, 2013 - Dinner at Woodfire Grill (Buckhead, GA): Darker deeper denser purplish red; nose is larger scaled with powerful mix of red and dark fruit; palate lacks harmony though I think more bottle age may help it; completely out classed by the Montille next to it.
