October 20, 2014 - The palate is quite light, with lemon and minerals, yet it still has richness from malolactic fermentation. This creates a rather strange dynamic.

October 19, 2014 - Monthly Tasting Group: Right Bank Bordeaux (Levain, Mpls): Light gold color. This was showing a dominant minerality with some citrus and oak. The palate is creamy, full, round, minerals, citrus, good finish. Quite good really., with the minerality being the biggest selling point on the nose, but also the palate.

July 10, 2014 - medium gold, lots of clarity, silvery hue
Nose: pear, honey, green apple, musk, sea salt, parsley, white pepper
Pal: pear, honey, green apple, lemon, musk, parsley, sea salt, white pepper, clove, touch minerals
    Feel: medium, savory
    Finish: long
    TC8 (could be a 9)

July 4, 2014 - Not bad, but not very exciting either. Seemed a little disjointed. A little citrus, tonic water, light tart apple. A little hollow in the middle. I may wait a year before opening another.

March 17, 2014 - Wine Education Service - Burgundy - The Côte Chalonnaise (LSE): Pale lemon yellow.
Creamy nose with apple and citrus notes, eventually joined by a little oak.
Lovely citrus attack, some welcome bitterness in the mid palate, the oak doesn't interfere, good length, drinking well now but should really be left for another 4 or more years.
